About Adriano

Adriano was born and raised in North Vancouver, before attending North Vancouver’s Capilano College, BCIT, and the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Before becoming a licensed Realtor® and joining Team Clarke, Adriano worked with Coast Capital Savings Credit Union for 12 years, where he specialized in residential mortgages.

This mortgage experience allows Adriano to identify opportunities and flag risks where others might not, and to help his clients get the most from their investment.

Adriano has been an annual member of the Medallion Club and has received the Team President’s Club Award from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Adriano and his wife Alisa are raising their daughters, Olivia and Julia, in the Boulevard area of North Vancouver where Julia is in Grade 11 at Sutherland Secondary School and Olivia is in her first year at Simon Fraser University. When not studying, Olivia has a part time job and in the Spring plays softball. Julia figure skates and spend all her free time on the ice, now coaching younger kids in the Can Skate program. Adriano can be seen roaming the streets of the Boulevard late at night with his Frenchie Indigo, helping to keep the neighbourhood safe.

Terms Of Use The term Virtual Office Website ("VOW") refers to a Participants (REALTORS®) Internet website, or a feature of a Participants Internet website, through which the Participant provides real estate brokerage services to Registrants (clients and prospects) with whom the Participant has first established a relationship where the Registrant has the opportunity to search for MLS® data, subject to the Participants oversight, supervision and accountability. By agreeing to these "Terms Of Use", I (the Registrant): 1. Acknowledge receipt of, and have read and understand the forms published by the British Columbia Real Estate Association entitled “Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services” and “Privacy Notice and Consent”; 2. Agree not to copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided; 6. Acknowledge the Board/Association ownership of and the validity of the copyright in the MLS® database; 7. Agree that all information provided may be provided to the relevant Board and may be used to administer and operate the VOW and to investigate any breach of security of the data or the MLS® rules; 8. Agree to supply a username and a password, the combination of which must be different from those of all other Registrants on the VOW, before being permitted to search and view information from the MLS® database via the VOW; 9. Must provide a valid email address. The Registrant may be permitted to access the VOW only after the Participant has verified that the email address provided is valid the Registrants agreement to the VOWs Terms of Use is confirmed; 10. Understand that information on this site is deemed to be valid but is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the registrants to confirm all information on their own. Broker may not have reviewed or approved listing enhancements. All information provided by the listing agent/broker is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified; 11.
