About Brooke

Brooke Clarke was raised in North Vancouver in a prominent Realtor® family, giving her early exposure to the North Shore real estate market. Real estate was often the topic around the dinner table, and Brooke developed an understanding of the industry long before beginning her own career.

While attending UBC, Brooke began working part-time as a receptionist for her family’s real estate company and later joined the team full time. Those early experiences gave her a strong foundation and a deep appreciation for the important role Realtors® play in helping families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Today, Brooke is known for her in-depth knowledge of North Vancouver’s neighbourhoods, schools, and community. With many friends and clients raising families on the North Shore, she has become a trusted resource for buyers and sellers looking to put down roots in the area.
Brooke has been an annual member of the Medallion Club and has received the Team President’s Club Award from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, as well as the REALTORS® Care Award recognizing Team Clarke’s support of ALS initiatives.

Brooke lives in Edgemont Village with her husband and fellow Team Clarke Realtor®, Rob Montgomerie, and their son Logan and daughter Quinn. Their children attend Highlands Elementary and will soon move on to Handsworth Secondary. Family life keeps Brooke and Rob busy with their kids’ activities, including hockey, dance, soccer, and skiing on the North Shore mountains.

Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys long walks with their dog Sage along Mosquito Creek, family weekends in Whistler, and travelling now that the kids are getting a bit older.

Agree to supply a username and a password, the combination of which must be different from those of all other Registrants on the VOW, before being permitted to search and view information from the MLS® database via the VOW; 9. Must provide a valid email address. The Registrant may be permitted to access the VOW only after the Participant has verified that the email address provided is valid the Registrants agreement to the VOWs Terms of Use is confirmed; 10. Understand that information on this site is deemed to be valid but is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the registrants to confirm all information on their own. Broker may not have reviewed or approved listing enhancements. All information provided by the listing agent/broker is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified; 11.
