Neighbourhood Profile: Upper Delbrook

The Upper Delbrook area is sought after for its quiet cul-de-sacs, breathtaking city views and close proximity to amenities. This neighbourhood is located to the North of Delbrook with its uppermost streets at the foot of Grouse Mountain. Many of these homes are built to ensure maximum views of the ocean & Vancouver. With over 15 cul-de-sacs this neighbourhood lends itself to familys looking for a safe place for their kids to ride their bike and play street hockey. Braemar elementary school lies just outside the neighbourhood boundary and is where most of the resident children attend. Edgemont Village is close-by and a leisurely downhill walk or bike ride. Many residents enjoy walking through the Mosquito Creek trail which borders this neighbourhood to the West.

The Mosquito Creek Trail:

The Mosquito Creek Trail begins at Fell Avenue & 16th Avenue in North Vancouver and follows the Mosquito Creek Ravine up Grouse Mountain to where the power lines cross the Creek.
